BARCODE WAS INVENTED!
Hey! It’s been ages since I last made a proper blog post (: So I decided to create a little “share” and random interest article today. Well before going into all this, I just got a letter from Google Adsense. Its nothing much or anything concerning, but its just “Woah!” getting a letter from Google. Especially since they randomly shoved their trademarked logo all over the place.
Important Account Information Enclosed
Wow, thats a big give away to place on the front of a letter don’t you think?
This sounds totally nerdy and geeky, but I find it cool
Besides this, I’m still trying to hunt for my Wave invitation somewhere… (don’t ask, I used multiple e-mail accounts).

The 'Patrick' Bay
Back To Biz. If you haven’t noticed yet, Google homepage had a facelift with a new barcode logo representing the “Invention of the barcode”. Somehow this article seems a bit pro-Google, but going on… its always fascinating seeing Google homepage logo change according to seasonal events
You should check out some of their videos in YouTube when you get a chance (E.g. Working Life In Google xD). I would presume that barcode logo stands for GOOGLE when parsed.
In other news, its also amusing seeing The Pirate Bay logo change once in a while to random Online Memes, Historical Events,
News, etc. Its currently standing strong showing “The Patrick Bay” marking a tribute to reputable Patrick Swayze. The image itself holds its own significance and we’re all glad TPB is once again, still alive.
After being chased by various anti-piracy groups, The Pirate Bay returned a few hours ago. “Nobody puts The Pirate Bay in a corner,” they say on their frontpage , referencing Patrick Swayze’s famous line in Dirty Dancing. Not in a corner, no, but what about a bunker?

The Pirate Bay Additional Stuff
The funny thing about all this is that, TPB is actually being hosted in a nuclear bunker at the moment, in which you can read more from the link above to TorrentFreak.com. Just to stirl up a bit of interest and perhaps make you go “WOW I DIDN’T KNOW THAT”, TPB also offer other services/interests besides its amazing Public Torrent Tracking service. These services/affiliates are placed in the most obvious place that most user(s) do not bother taking a look at… the footer.
Now, let’s go over them, one by one. For those that are completely paranoid in clicking such links in fear of getting “RICK ROLL’D” or perhaps raped by random “Gay Porn (Meatspinning) or GNAA”, then perhaps this post should shed some light. Clearly, serving hundreds of visitors everyday, this would not be logical. The link names themselves are quite self-explanatory, Login, Register.

TPB DOODLES.
Now, turn your attention to “Legal Threats“. If your clearly opting for some humour at any point of the day, have a browse through some of these e-mails, letters and legal threats made to TPB that has been posted. Funny thing about all this is that its being displayed and nothing is being done against it, so well done TPB
Now we move to “Blogs” which is clearly… blogs. This is another interesting link you can visit to find out whats happening behind the scenes, etc.
Another interesting link to check out besides that, is their Doodles. This is basically a place for them to place or the previous logo changes upon special events. Great for amusement and memory
The rest are pretty basic and may be of interest to you, including their Forums. They have quite a fine community, so its perhaps worth a look at. One of the last few services that catches most of my activity on is Slopsbox, BayImg and PasteBay.
Instead of me elaborating on what Slopsbox is, just take a look at their description about it.
What is Slopsbox™ and why do you need it?
Slopsbox is your temporary mailbox, the e-mail address you use to register for random services. It’s a long-finger up the butt to spammers who wants your real e-mail. Slopsbox™ is the inbox you don’t care about. But Slopsbox™ cares about you, your privacy and we want your spam, because we think it’s tasty!
Slopsbox™ is great when you need to retrieve the information from an e-mail but don’t want to reveal your identity.
Fuck you Sir Spamalot!
Yes, as it states, its just a temporary mailbox storage for you to check mail (not send). Personally I find it great for “fake registering” accounts, which I “do not” recommend
The main intentions is obviously to fight spam (: so don’t listen to me
. So just send an e-mail to omgianblog@slopsbox.com, open that mailbox up in slopsbox.com and you can see it there. Services like these are normally hard to find, as always, its due to maintaining it as well as user abuse. If you have a forum, you better be blocking such mail providers (:
BayImg, a great site for you to be uploading your images to, regardless of the content’s ‘explicit level’, it will not be removed. I do not need to explain what type of images these are now do I. Its a fine alternative to ImageShack or whatever image hosters your currently using.
BayWords, I do not use this however its a great online tool to help user(s) express their freedom of speech without censorship or denial. Its free and simple to use with thousands of articles already posted. I forgot to mention, but most of these are under http://forum.suprbay.org/, i’m just so glad TPB posted those links on their footer or I would had never knew some of them. I believe you already understand that the use of .ORG domains represents non-profit organisations.
In addition to all these we have the latest (http://final.ipredator.se/) iPREdator. If you haven’t notice how all these services are linking up to privacy, censorship, freedom of oppression, copyright, or whatever then your clearly not thinking hard enough.
IPREDator is a network service that makes people online more anonymous using a VPN. it costs 5 EUR a month and we store no traffic data.
our service has become very popular and we’re therefor cautious to not make it slow.
that’s why we add capacity all the time and invite people when we have capacity for them.
the network is under our control. not theirs. the pirate bay likes and knows real kopimism. and waffles.
Hopefully I did not totally pwn everyone from this redundant (in a bad way) blog post. But its great if you have surplus of time and need a quick way to burn them (: (Hooray! for 1000+ words in this post).
Stay tune for more humans
P.S. Liked the featured article image for this post? Its from DeviantArt.com.
Also, I’m a jQuery freak just so you know (: so stop asking.
F*CK.

Sorry the improper use of language as my post title, but I have never been so annoyed in my life. If you have been reading my AerosolHostings twitter lately you would had realize that my team and myself were performing a postphoned maintenance for the server, all happy and problemless. But this was ONLY a few days after the server was setup by our hosters. After it went down, I was figuring what went wrong only to be mailed by them about an issue…
I think this is pretty self-explanatory:
http://aerosolhost.pastebin.com/ (DELETED ALREADY)
Also, check Twitter.com/AerosolHostings.
I’m really glad at times like these I made a backup, only sad to know it was 2 days back, but anyhow, I have my own personal backup which was around 4 hours back before the incident occured. Coincidently it was before the maintenance in which I urged users to make backups (which they hopefully listened to and did). Anyhow, I will continue updating this and perhaps fuck them over for this bullsh*t.
Thanks Gerald and Yui for keeping me cool
I decided to blog about it, perhaps it would make me better?
P.S. I watched Jack Neo’s comedy ghost movie today (: Its f*ck hilarious, so watch it! (there’s English subtitles PG13).

EDIT/UPDATE: The site is now officially back up after a relocation on the same day to a different host; it was inaccessible due to a minor technical issue. TPB is retaliating, and will even come up with their own campaign:
The t-shirt on the frontpage is actually being made right now. It will be sent to the enemy frontline.
We also suggest that someone raise a fund for Black Internet so that they can decide to fight the decision from Stockholms tingsfel. Talk to them and do something about it.

——————————————————————————————————-
Its official, The Pirate Bay, home to the ultimate BitTorrent indexer/listing has been taken down by the Swedish Authorities. Their ISP/Bandwidth Supplier (Black Internet) were threatened up to 500,000 kroner ($70,600), they were given no choice but to comply with the court’s decision to uphold the law.
Following the defeat of Fredrik, Gottfrid and Peter, The Pirate Bay still remained as of until today. The Pirate Bay is still in the process of various charges and a civil case brought up by large media corporations including Disney, Universal, Warner, Columbia, Sony, NBC and Paramount.
According to sources, it has been reported that TPB has switched host, however with the current host facing hefty fines if they do not disconnect the site, I doubt any other host providers wouldn’t do the same, and as of now, the site is still inaccessible for me and many others

Meanwhile, there has been a clone of TPB put up by a user at BTarena.net.
But, please be careful of fake/clone sites such as http://www.piratebay.com, that requires user to pay.
